Construction Corner
We are excited to share that we will be installing a new fiber network in Kings Point Delray. Given the size of the community, construction and installation will be carried out in three phases, beginning in April 2025 and ending in April 2027. Our goal is to enhance your internet experience while treating your property with the utmost care and respect throughout the process.
Phase 1 (Starting April 2025)
- Location: The Northeast side of the Seville Community.
- Crews will begin work here and progress outward.
Phase 2 (Starting August 4, 2025)
- Location: Around 6570 Monaco Blvd., east of the community near the Monaco Clubhouse.
- After completing Phase 1, work will shift toward the Monaco area to continue the fiber network rollout.
Phase 3 (Starting January, 2026)
- Location: Burgundy Community, east of Burgundy PL.
- This final phase will address the remaining areas.
