Setting up the Blue Stream Smart Home App allows you to manage your home network. See below for a few short steps to get you set up.
DOWNLOAD THE APP.
To get started you will want to download The App! You can search either Apple App Store or Google Play Store for Blue Stream Fiber Smart Home App.
STEP 1
Once you have downloaded the app, click on the Blue Stream Smart Home App. It should look like this.
STEP 4
If your system is plugged in, select “Yes” to continue. Then, scan the QR code from the sticker included in the Calix ONT box or select “Issues Scanning?” to enter MAC address and serial number manually.
Click on My Network.
Then, update the existing SSID and Password with the new SSID and Password and press done.
STEP 2
Select “Sign Up” towards the bottom of the screen.

Enter Personal Information. The password you enter here will be used to access the app.

What to expect
Construction Begins
As part of the construction process, we’ll be on-site in your community. During this time, you can expect us to mark up certain areas and work on laying the underground fiber. All fiber will be placed in existing utility easements, which may be at the front, rear or sides of your property.
As a reminder, if your home is impacted by the construction process, no need to worry. Should you encounter an issue that requires immediate attention, please refrain from taking on any of the restoration efforts. Our team is fully engaged and ready to provide any needed support.
As we move into different steps in the construction, we will be reaching out with information such as the items listed below.

Blue Stream Fiber will be improving the network in your neighborhood!
Very soon we will begin underground fiber construction as the first step in the process. All fiber will be placed in existing utility easements, which may be at the front, rear or sides of your property. Please note, if your property is impacted, no need to worry, we will restore it to its original condition upon completion.
