What to expect
Construction Begins
As part of the construction process, we’ll be on-site in your community. During this time, you can expect us to mark up certain areas and work on laying the underground fiber. All fiber will be placed in existing utility easements, which may be at the front, rear or sides of your property.
As a reminder, if your home is impacted by the construction process, no need to worry. Should you encounter an issue that requires immediate attention, please refrain from taking on any of the restoration efforts. Our team is fully engaged and ready to provide any needed support.
As we move into different steps in the construction, we will be reaching out with information such as the items listed below.

Very soon we will begin underground fiber construction as the first step in the process. All fiber will be placed in existing utility easements, which may be at the front, rear or sides of your property. Please note, if your property is impacted, no need to worry, we will restore it to its original condition upon completion.
