What is happening to the Affordable Connectivity Program?


Unfortunately, due to insufficient additional funding from Congress, the ACP will be concluding. We understand how important internet services are in today’s world, and we genuinely wish that an agreement could have been met on their end to extend the program for our customers. 

How does the end of the ACP affect my household’s broadband service bill? 

The ACP benefit will no longer be available, which means households with ACP will no longer receive a monthly discount on internet service. April bills will be the last to reflect the ACP benefit.  

We are committed to helping our customers find a package that satisfies their needs within their budget. Customers may choose to keep their existing broadband service plan at the standard undiscounted rate, explore alternative service plans, or even consider discontinuing their broadband service.

What are my options?

There are other low-cost options you may qualify for such as our Internet Fundamentals package. If you’re interested in signing up, please call the dedicated Blue Stream Fiber team.
