Blue Stream Fiber Welcomes Heather Ventrone as Executive Director of Sales
CORAL SPRINGS, FL – July 24, 2025 – Blue Stream Fiber, a leading provider of fiber-optic internet and telecommunications services, today announced the addition of Heather Ventrone as Executive Director of Sales to the company’s go-to-market leadership team. In this role, Ventrone will help lead Blue Stream Fiber’s sales efforts in Florida, working closely with partners, homeowner associations, and consultants to bring advanced bulk fiber solutions to more communities. Ventrone joins a team of exceptional executives with a wealth of experience, comprised of Leslie Baldwin, Executive Vice President of Community Sales; Keith Minarik, Vice President of Community Development; Kate Grutzmacher, Senior Vice President of Bulk Sales; and Eric Burtt, Senior Vice President of Partner Development.

With over 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles at Comcast and Breezeline, she has overseen major rebranding initiatives, launched new products, supported fiber network expansion, and navigated complex FCC regulations. Her deep industry expertise and consultative approach position her to help communities implement fiber-based solutions that are tailored, scalable, and aligned with the increasing demands of modern connectivity.
