The Home Protection Plan covers basic support and accidental damage to Blue Stream Fiber equipment like modems, ONTs, and phone wiring. The Advanced Tech Care packages by Asurion go beyond that to support your personal and connected devices, offering everything from tech troubleshooting to device protection and installation help.  

It means Asurion will help you troubleshoot and optimize any eligible connected device in your home. If it’s connected and giving you trouble, they’re there to help. 

You can call into Blue Stream Fiber at 844-416-1000 and ask for them to be added. 

This depends on the plan you select, but our most comprehensive plan covers laptops, tablets, portable game consoles, speakers, doorbells, thermostats, wearables, headphones, printer screens, among other devices.    

No. Once you are enrolled you can call as many times as you need.  

To begin the process, visit asurion.com/claims/blue-stream-fiber to easily file a claim online 24/7. Once you have an approved claim, you will be provided with the most convenient repair or replacement options near you. You should start a claim by calling Asurion, and Asurion will walk you through the claims process. Asurion partners with uBreakiFix, a repair shop chain across the nation, to have in-store technicians diagnose troubles with devices for those living within 20 miles of one. Alternatively, you can mail-in devices to Asurion for repairs should a uBreakiFix repair store not be available within 20 miles of your residence. Should repairs not be possible, or cost more than the cost of the device, Asurion can offer product replacement, or a digital payment for the cost of the covered device. Specific details may vary by device.

When you call 866-856-0211, you will reach an expert at our partner, Asurion. Asurion agents are friendly, very knowledgeable, and highly-trained. Collectively they have resolved more than 20 million tech issues each year, across over 6,000 makes and models. 

Tech support is available the day you enroll. Protection coverage starts at Day 31 after sign up. Coverage continues as long as the customer is enrolled in the Advanced Tech Care and Entertainment Device Protection plan or Advanced Tech Care and Complete Protection plan. 

Yes, depending on the plan you choose - you can have coverage for laptops, tablets, wearables, portable game consoles, headphones and more! No need to stress over accidental drops, spills, or cracked screens. We’ve got it covered and can repair or replace your device with a minimal service fee of $99, $49, or even $0 per approved claim, depending on the device covered.
