1. Start with the Learning Hub 
Before reaching out, check out our Learning Hub at bluestreamfiber.com/learning, especially if you have questions about your internet or billing. It’s filled with step-by-step guides to help you solve common problems on your own. 

Fun fact: rebooting your equipment is often the quickest way to fix connectivity issues, and our Learning Hub explains exactly how to do that. Here are some helpful resources to get you started: 

2. Have Your Account Number Handy 
If you do need to reach out to us, have your account number ready when calling or emailing so that we can assist you faster. You can find it by visiting bluestreamfiber.com, selecting Account at the top right, then clicking Account Portal under Residents.  

3. Enroll in Paperless Billing and Autopay 
Want to simplify your monthly routine? Enroll in Paperless Billing and Autopay through the Account Portal for added convenience and peace of mind. For instructions on all things billing, you can always visit bluestreamfiber.com/billing.  

4. Be on the Lookout for Updates from TextConnect 
Stay informed in real time with text messages and emails from TextConnect. You’ll get updates about your account, appointment reminders, and more right to your phone. It’s fast, easy, and helps you stay in the know without having to check your email or call in. 

5. Explore Your Welcome Kit 
Don’t forget to review the Welcome Kit you received during your installation. It’s packed with helpful information to make the most of your Blue Stream Fiber services—from managing billing to troubleshooting common issues. You’ll also find easy step-by-step guides for using your TV features, like recording shows, navigating with your remote, and answers to frequently asked questions. 6. Protect Your Devices with Asurion and HPP 
For extra peace of mind, consider signing up for Asurion and/or our Home Protection Plan (HPP).
