If you elect to use the Blue Stream Fiber Paperless Billing Option which means choosing to no longer receive a Blue Stream Fiber billing statement by mail, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
- By electing the Paperless Option and consenting to receive bill statements only online, you will receive in electronic format only your monthly Blue Stream Fiber bill statement, notifications, disclosures and other information that Blue Stream Fiber is required by law to furnish (or make available) to subscribers in writing and which we distribute to subscribers receiving paper delivery of their monthly bill statements by inclusion in a bill statement mailing. If you want to obtain paper copies of any such document or information, they will be mailed to you on request, at no cost. To request a paper copy of any such document or information, you may contact us at 954-753-0100.
- You may withdraw consent to the Paperless Option at any time by choosing to resume paper delivery of monthly Blue Stream Fiber bill statements. To elect to resume paper delivery of monthly statements, please visit the https://wsc.mybluestream.com/BlueStream. After signing in, select the “Paperless Option” link locate where it states: “You are already paperless,” check the box beside “I want a paper statement,” then press “submit.”
- To ensure we are able to provide you with important notices and other information, you must update Blue Stream Fiber with any change(s) in your email address. To update the e-mail address on your account, please visit https://wsc.mybluestream.com/BlueStream. After signing in, select the “Account Profile” link and use the prompts to edit your email address, also update your current password, security question and billing address if you are receiving a paper bill. If you fail to update your email address and we receive a response that our email was undeliverable, the email containing your monthly bill statement and/or other notifications, disclosures and other information Blue Stream Fiber is required by law to furnish (or make available) to subscribers in writing will be deemed received by you on the date the email was sent. If you use spam filters for your emails, please add no-reply to your approved senders list.
- Blue Stream Fiber’s hardware, software and related requirements for access to and retention of information provided to you in electronic form are as follows: you must have access to a computer with Windows 2003, Vista, XP, 7, MAC OS 10.x or higher, or PowerPC and the ability to connect to the Internet using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Your browser also must support 128-bit encryption. If your browser does not meet the requirements, instructions will be provided on how to upgrade.
- All of your electronic bill statements and other required information provided to you in electronic form with your monthly electronic bill statement can be printed or saved electronically to your computer for your records. To print copies of your electronic bill statement or any document linked to it, you must have Windows 2003, Vista, XP, 7, Mac OS 10.x or higher, or PowerPC the ability to connect to the Internet using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and a working printer that is compatible with, and properly connected to, your particular computer.
- If we make a change in the hardware or software requirements listed above and that change creates a material risk that you will no longer be able to access or retain the records described above, we will provide you with an explanation of the revised hardware or software requirements necessary for your access and retention of such records, and ask you to confirm your consent to receipt of such records in electronic format only. You will have the right to withdraw your consent at that time by electing to resume paper delivery of your monthly bill statement in accordance with the procedures described above.
- By consenting to this terms of usage (TOU) you are confirming to Blue Stream Fiber that you are able to access all information described herein in electronic form.
By signing up for paperless billing either through Web Self Care on the Blue Stream Fiber website or by opting in for paperless billing through a Blue Stream Fiber representative, you have accepted the Terms of Use set forth for the Blue Stream Fiber Web Self Care and all features elected to utilize thereunder.
