Full Prepayment Disclaimer (Business)
By signing up for new retail Blue Stream Fiber services, you acknowledge and agree to the following prepayment terms:
- Full First Month Payment Required – Customers must prepay for the first full month of service, including applicable service charges, taxes, fees, equipment, and installation costs, at sign-up. Service activation is contingent upon receipt of this payment.
- Refundable Payment Policy– If you cancel service before the end of your first billing cycle, you will be eligible to receive a refund or credit for any unused portion of the prepaid month.
- Automatic Billing & Future Payments – After the initial prepayment, standard billing will commence based on the billing cycle associated with your account. Customers must maintain an active payment method on file to avoid service interruptions.
- Service Activation & Installation – Prepayment does not guarantee immediate service activation. Installation scheduling, equipment availability, and other factors may impact activation timelines. If Blue Stream Fiber is unable to provide service at your location, a full refund of the prepayment will be issued.
- Account Eligibility & Changes – Customers must meet all service eligibility requirements. Prepayment does not exempt customers from standard account verification, credit checks (if applicable), or other service qualifications. Changes to service plans after prepayment may be subject to additional fees or adjustments.
