Blue Stream Fiber Scratch and Win Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Florida or Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Blue Stream Fiber, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and outside Florida and Texas.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Blue Stream Fiber booth at participating events during the Promotion Period and receive a scratch-off card (while supplies last). Scratch cards must be revealed on-site at the booth to be valid. Limit one (1) scratch card per person per event. No purchase, payment, or current or past subscription with Sponsor is required to obtain a scratch card or to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.  Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To receive a scratch card without visiting the booth, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Blue Stream Fiber, Attn: Marketing Dept. Scratch & Win Promotion – 4236 NW 120^th Ave, Coral Springs, FL 33065. Requests must be postmarked by 4/1/26 and received by 6/30/26.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The contest begins on 4/1/2026 and ends on 6/30/2026 or when all scratch-off cards have been distributed, whichever occurs first.

4. PRIZES & ODDS:

• One (1) Grand Prize: $2,000 Royal Caribbean® gift card (approximate retail value “ARV”: $2,000). Odds: 1 in 20,000.
• Forty (40) Secondary Prizes: $50 gift card. Odds: 1 in 500.
• All other scratch cards: a promotional item (back scratcher, sunglasses, or fan). ARV: $2 each. Odds vary.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. WINNER VERIFICATION: Potential winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (where permitted by law) within seven [7] days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner.

6. PRIZE FULFILLMENT: $50 gift cards will be distributed on-site at the event booth upon verification. The Grand Prize will be awarded via delivery or mail after verification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation or acceptance/use of a prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion subject to applicable law.  For game promotions registered in Florida, any modification of these Official Rules after filing is prohibited except to the minimum extent required by law or by order of a court or governmental agency.

9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Broward County, Florida.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
