By accepting the terms and conditions of Autopay, you authorize Blue Stream Fiber to charge the credit card or debit the debit card account specified by you each month for all charges on your monthly Blue Stream Fiber bill. You agree that the credit card or debit card specified by you for automatic monthly bill payments to Blue Stream Fiber will be an account that you own and that you will maintain sufficient availability under your credit card limit or sufficient funds in the account linked to your debit card, as applicable, to pay your monthly Blue Stream Fiber bill. The monthly charge to your credit card or debit to your debit card will occur on or after the due date indicated on your Blue Stream Fiber bill, on the date of the month that you select from the payment date options permitted by Blue Stream Fiber.
These terms and conditions will constitute your copy of your authorization to Blue Stream Fiber to charge your credit card or debit your debit card each month. Please print this information for your records. Your monthly Blue Stream Fiber bill will constitute your notice of any variance in the amount that will be charged to your credit card or debited to your debit card from month to month.
You can cancel your authorization given to Blue Stream Fiber for monthly charges to your credit card or monthly debits to your debit card only by logging into Blue Stream Fiber. From Account Summary screen, select Current payment method and select Change. Select Non-Recurring (month to month) or by calling Customer Service at (954) 753-0100.
No payment to Blue Stream Fiber shall be deemed to have been made unless and until Blue Stream Fiber receives actual credit. You also agree that there will be a non-sufficient funds charge added to your Blue Stream Fiber account for each payment or item that cannot be processed.
NOTE: Blue Stream Fiber reserves the right to refuse or terminate electronic payment services. This agreement is to remain in effect until Blue Stream Fiber terminates it or until Blue Stream Fiber has received notice from you of the cancel-your credit card or debits to your debit card and has sufficient time to act on it.
