• Service Activation & Installation – Prepayment does not guarantee immediate service activation. Installation scheduling, equipment availability, and other factors may impact activation timelines. If Blue Stream Fiber is unable to provide service at your location, a full refund of the prepayment will be issued.
• Account Eligibility & Changes – Customers must meet all service eligibility requirements. Prepayment does not exempt customers from standard account verification, credit checks (if applicable), or other service qualifications.
