Yes, if you want to watch DIRECTV on the Fire TV Stick. Residents who subscribe to DIRECTV will receive their DIRECTV account information and Gemini device from DIRECTV. Blue Stream Fiber does not have access to your DIRECTV account information.

Yes, the TV must have:
- Access to your Blue Stream Fiber WiFi network
- An available HDMI port
- A nearby electrical outlet
If you don’t see a picture when using your Fire TV Stick:
- Make sure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input.
- Check that the Fire TV Stick is securely connected to your TV’s HDMI port.
- Confirm that the Fire TV Stick’s power adapter is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
- Confirm the Fire TV Stick is connected to your Blue Stream Fiber Internet.

If your Fire TV Stick isn’t connecting to WiFi:
- Double-check that you’re entering the correct WiFi network name and password.

- Use another device to verify you have internet connectivity.
