Your new service includes TiVo and Android TV with built-in Google Assistant. This means you will have the best of traditional TV with an easy-to-use guide, network DVR, and Voice Remote, as well as integrated access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu. Although your new TV service is intuitive and simply in many ways, we know that learning how to fully use a new service can take some time. To help you, we recommend you fully review the User Guide and product information included in your Welcome Kit. This should answer many, if not all, your basic questions about performance and functionality. You can also visit www.BlueStreamFiber.com/TiVo for more information.
As you continue to use your TV service over the coming days and months, we also anticipate you will have additional questions. To further assist you and ensure you have a quality experience, we have provided a helpful FAQ section below. Please review and keep this document and your Welcome Kit in a handy place so that you can reference as needed in the future.
