Seasonal residents can be installed when they return. Simply call your Blue Stream Fiber Community number seven days prior to your arrival.

Yes. We suggest placing upgraded phone service on hold rather than canceling the service to avoid losing the phone number.

Yes as long as your services are not on seasonal hold! You can stream many of your live channels using the Blue Stream Fiber TV App while you’re away. You can watch on an Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, mobile device, or tablet. Just download the app and log in with your watchTVeverywhere credentials.
Not necessarily. Channel availability outside the home is determined by each individual TV network. Many channels are available, but some may have restrictions.
That message means the channel you’re trying to watch isn’t authorized for streaming outside your home network. This is a programming restriction set by the network itself and we have no control over that.
Bulk-included services cannot be placed on seasonal hold. However, any services the customer subscribes to above and beyond the bulk package may be eligible.
No. If a customer places their TV service on seasonal hold (and they’re not included within the HOA services) they will not be able to stream through the Blue Stream Fiber TV App while away.
